Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Window

Türkiye Orders: Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders: Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Important: You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. SVAMP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Shipping & Customs Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. For international returns, shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

In addition to returns, we also offer product exchanges (for example, a different size). Exchange requests follow the same time window and conditions described above (sections 1 and 2).

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the size or item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
