Gift Promotion Policy

GIFT PROMOTION POLICY

During promotional campaigns, certain purchases may qualify for complimentary gift products added to the cart as part of the offer.

Complimentary gift products included in promotional campaigns are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

If a customer wishes to exchange a complimentary gift product, the exchange will be limited to a product of equivalent value to the gift’s stated price, where applicable.

This policy applies to complimentary products provided as part of a promotional offer. Customers’ statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
